Overview
Eagora is a pay-as-you-go credit platform. When you purchase credits, you receive a balance that can be spent on any product inside your workspace. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund on credits you have purchased.
14-day refund window
You may request a full refund on any unused credits within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, unused credits remain valid in your account indefinitely but become non-refundable.
Used vs. unused credits
Refunds apply only to the portion of credits that have not been consumed by sends, automations, AI generations or any other billable action. Already-spent credits are non-refundable, including credits consumed during the 14-day window.
Bonus & promotional credits
Bonus credits (tier rewards, welcome promo discounts, referral credits) are promotional in nature and are not refundable in cash. They are removed from your balance proportionally when a refund is issued.
Bank transfer refunds
Because our default payment method is bank transfer, refunds are returned to the original sending account within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive a written confirmation by email with the transaction reference.
Recurring renewals
If you opted into a multi-month billing cycle (Quarterly, Semi-annual, Annual), you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. Already-paid cycles are non-refundable mid-term, but unused credits roll forward until you cancel.
Service-credit exceptions
If Eagora fails to meet a documented service-level commitment, you may be eligible for additional service credits (not cash) as detailed in our SLA. These service credits do not expire and are issued automatically.
Chargebacks
Please contact [email protected] before opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on the account, including your workspace name, the order reference, and the reason for the refund. We review every request within two business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any change applies only to purchases made after the policy's effective date. Material changes are announced via email to workspace admins.
Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
